What to Expect in a Listening Session

In a Listening Session, you are invited to share what it’s like to be you. We want to know what’s important to you, how you’ve arrived at this point in your life, and what you envision for your future. This is a space where your voice matters, and where you can explore your thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental environment.

Our approach is person-centered and solution-focused. We believe that many of the answers and resolutions you seek are already within you, waiting to be discovered. By talking through your experiences with us—and in the calming presence of our ponies—you may find new clarity and hope for the future.

The Role of Our Ponies

During your session, our ponies will be there, offering their gentle support. Horses have a unique ability to listen and respond to human emotions, providing comfort and reassurance simply by being present. Their intuitive nature helps create a calming atmosphere that encourages reflection and self-discovery.
